What is WIC?

WIC is the nation's most successful and cost-effective public health nutrition program. In coordination with our partners at the Geary County Health Department, we provide wholesome foods, nutrition education, and community support for income-eligible women who are pregnant or postpartum, infants, and children up to age five. What to bring to your first appointment

Proof of Identity Examples: Birth Certificate, Valid Photo ID (driver's license, passport, school ID)

Proof of Residency Examples: Mail that has been postmarked within the last 30 days, lease agreement, online utility bill showing the service address

Proof of Income Examples: Notice of Action, Paystubs (one month worth)
