All staff and visitors entering a Konza Prairie Community Health Center clinic must be screened at entry.
Visitors to healthcare facilities should be limited in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, regardless of known community transmission. If visitors are allowedKPCHC will limit visitors to 1 per patient.
Konza Prairie Community Health Center front doors are available for patients and necessary visitors to access the healthcare facility.
Visitors who are noted by healthcare facility staff to have fever or other symptoms of acute respiratory illness (e.g., cough or shortness of breath) will be instructed to leave the facility and seek care if needed.
If the visitor would like to seek care at KPCHC, they will be provided with KPCHC’s phone number to call and schedule for an appointment.
Signage will be placed at the front entrance listing symptoms of Covid-19 and notifying them of visitor restrictions.
Patient’s will be notified of visitor restrictions during pre-appointment screening calls.
If a patient is in need of in-clinic services (that can’t be provided by an alternative method) and must bring additional dependent visitors with them, they will be allowed to enter the facility pending negative symptom screening (e.g. parent without access to daycare in need of vaccine, etc.)
